旋转位置补偿 X,Y和角度

Using the built-in high performance dedicated algorithms, F150 image processor automatically tracks the image within the camera field of view and calculates how much the object has deviated from its reference position in X, Y and angular direction. It is possible to calculate angular deviation up to 360 degree range. Due to this function, F150-3 processor can guarantee highest accuracy even if the objects keep shifting from its original position during inspection.

* Field of View: Field of view or region of interest specifies the range within which camera can see the object completely. It is decided by the lens and mirror configuration.

Create a variety of lighting combinations to ensure stable, clear images suited to your application. You can change brightness & direction of lighting from the software. There is a combination of Red & Green light, you can even create a vertical coaxial light.

菜单亮度控制

The illuminated area and light intensity can be controlled from F150-3 Controller Menus digitally by software. Due to digital control, lighting conditions can be repeated with a high degree of accuracy.

The lighting setting is stored along with other scene date. This means that lighting conditions can be easily changed to match different types of work piece.

相机选择

You can select a general purpose camera or select from 04 types of camera available with different arrangements of lights that can be controlled from the software.

双相机屏幕合成

Images can be taken simultaneously with 2 cameras. The 2 images can be processed one after another or it is possible to combine the images taken by 2 cameras to obtain one image. The composition choices are horizontal 1, horizontal 2 and vertical.

机器人控制

Give eyes to your robot. F150 can measure positions in sub-pixel gray search position and give such useful data as object absolute position, deviation in X, Y and angle, relative distance and relative angles.

Very useful in applications requiring accurate positioning.

检测表面缺损、毛边、屑物

Detect external damages such as splinters, scratches, and dirt quickly and accurately using a dedicated algorithm devised by OMRON.

检测连接器和IC引脚

Inspect IC and connector leads using dedicated gray edge count and pitch functions.

Measure the position of edges with high degree of accuracy (using sub-pixel). 
Ideal for inspecting widths or dimensions.

尺寸测量

A variety of data operations (expressions) can be selected from the F150's menu. These include finding minimum and maximum values, calculating distances between points, and obtaining angles and relative distances.

Set a maximum of 24 expressions, and perform judgement and data output based on the results.
